ART and other projects

Alongside my illustration work, I’ve been creating sculptures, conceptual art, and installations — a practice I really enjoy. I’m grateful that some of these pieces have been exhibited in fantastic spaces. Here’s a glimpse into a few of those projects. I hope to find more time to keep exploring this path.

A Place in the Sun
Art installation developed as part of my MA in Art & Design at Camberwell College of Arts.

Musical Inclinations
Installation created in collaboration with artist Jailton Moreira. A collection of 100 imagined record covers exploring memory, identity, and sound.

I moved to London to pursue a Master’s degree in Design and Art at Camberwell College of Arts, part of the University of the Arts London.
As an artist, my work has been selected by Rumos Artes Visuais / Itaú Cultural, the Goethe-Institut, Panorama at MAM/SP, and Torreão/RS.
I collaborated with artist Jailton Moreira on the Tropicália project, which has been exhibited across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
My exhibitions include shows at the Barbican Centre, Camberwell College of Arts, Light Contemporary Gallery, and The Picture Room Gallery.

Parking
Site-specific installation created for the Casa exhibition, exploring urban tension and temporary occupation of space.

To Ferreira Gullar
Immersive installation featuring 10,000 marbles spread across the gallery floor, inviting visitors to walk, interact, and reflect on poetry, fragility, and movement.

Ladder
A sculptural piece constructed from wood and glass — a poetic interpretation of aspiration and transparency through the form of a fragile ladder.

London’s Water
A painting made using London’s hard tap water on board, exhibited at Light Contemporary Gallery. An exploration of place, trace, and presence.

Rubik’s Cube for Beginners
A conceptual object piece, reimagining the logic and challenge of the Rubik’s Cube with a humorous and accessible twist.

Work in Progress
Installation using scaffolding inside a gallery space, questioning the boundaries between construction site and exhibition space.

Kista
A fictional IKEA product created as a commentary on design, consumerism, and imagined functionality.

Art installation created for the Home Gallery project, where I opened my home in London to the public as an exhibition space.

Balloons
Ephemeral installation at Home Gallery. A visual celebration of freedom and impermanence through the playful presence of floating balloons.

1 to 100
Photography project capturing numbers from 1 to 100 found across London’s streets — a visual archive of urban typography and hidden rhythms.
